Fond of Writing
Best of Breed!! Useful tool for training, customizable to an extent, effective for both discipline as well as punishment! (5/5 stars)!!
There's a wonderful little free program to aid those of us who enjoy assigning the writing of lines in our disciplinary sessions. Although this technique diverges from the original tried-and-true method by replacing the holding of the pen with the typing on a keyboard, it manages to bridge the gap by retaining its initial effectiveness by forcing the "disciplinee" to recite over and over and over again a certain message you wish to truly embed in their minds.
This handy little tool is also good for a few other things outside of its scope as a hand exhausting, mind numbing, repetitive tasking assignment. Do you wish your submissive to learn to type better, quicker, more purposefully? Do you wish them to learn to multi-task, deal with distractions and think a bit more abstractly? How about those of you wishing to make an impression on someone out of your physical reach? This is a wonderful remote/virtual training tool for those long distance discipline relationships.
In the screen print below you see the main working window of "Fond of Writing" (fow.exe). Of primary note is the large text box in the upper right hand corner. This is the lesson you wish the disciplinee to learn! As you can see, you can make it quite long and as complex as you wish. In the "Task to be performed:" box you can specify how many repetitions or how long of a time span you wish the disciplinee to do the assignment for. "Complications" can be added by asterick'ing out the words, or having to enter the text backwards (Note: you can even choose to do BOTH of these for a triple complexity!) Finally, the most truly evil part of this handy little tool is the ability to force the disciplinee into having to remove their hands from the keyboard, mouse click a randomly assigned and placed tiny box on the screen, and then continue with their assignment. Whomever thought of this is just downright diabolical! (I can hear all you line writing sadists collectively say Muhahahah while rubbing your hands together!). Finally, the ability to generate a report with how many errors, the time it took, etc can be printed out or sent via email.
Fow.exe (below) is one of two programs within the .zip file I'm including in this package.

Task Editor for Fond of Writing
Fond of Writing comes with an "administrator" module for creating "task files" that can be sent to the disciplinee. In order to use this product remotely, the Task Editor (TaskEditor.exe) needs to be used to create these assignment files. What's neat about the Task Editor is that one can somewhat customize the user interface that the disciplinee sees after they "load" the tasks they have been sent.
I'm not going to get into the how-to's on the Task Editor, you geeks can poke at it yourselves, it's very user friendly. Suffice it to say you can create some pretty frustrating subtasks leading to an absolute panic over errors! You can make it as impossible or as motivating as you want, I leave it now up to your inner sadists!
