The brainchild of Miss Chris, SpankoCon (now in its third year), is housed out of the Arizona Power Exchange (or APEX) in Phoenix, AZ.​ The Arizona Power Exchange (arizonapowerexchange.org) is a non profit social and educational support group for those interested in BDSM and alternative lifestyles like spankos. Began in 1988, it is one of the longest running BDSM groups in the entire country. ​

Miss Chris' Spank University (or Spank U) will be coming together with the Arizona Power Exchange to bring you both SPANKO WEEK (Aug 3-6) culminating in SPANKOCON (Aug 7-9).
